Meet Michelle Roberts
RN, IBCLC, RLC
Hi, Iām Michelle
As a mother of four, my passion for breastfeeding runs deep. My journey began with my first son, Corey. I was amazed by the incredible bond breastfeeding created between us and in awe of how my body nourished him throughout pregnancy and continued to provide everything he needed after birth. That experience ignited a lifelong passion for helping other mothers successfully navigate their own feeding journeys.
I bring more than 23 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 20 years dedicated to caring for mothers and babies. For over 16 years, I have been an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), providing compassionate, evidence-based support to growing families. One of my special areas of focus is helping families navigate Tethered Oral Restrictions (tongue ties and lip ties) and their impact on feeding.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting more than 1,000 families as they work toward their breastfeeding goals. Whether you are preparing for your baby's arrival, facing early feeding challenges, or seeking continued support along your breastfeeding journey, I am committed to providing personalized care that empowers and encourages you every step of the way.
A proud Slidell native and graduate of Slidell High School's Class of 1996, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. Today, I am a wife, mother, nurse, and lactation consultant who is passionate about serving my community by helping families build confidence, connection, and success in their feeding journey.
My goal is simple: to provide a nurturing, judgment-free space where you feel supported, informed, and empowered to make the best feeding decisions for your family.
